August!

Adam is 16 months and thriving! Walking, running, talking. He loves to run around swinging his arms. And lately he's had lot of fun going to our local splash pad. It's down the street, so we spend a lot of time there. Another favorite is walking his dog! Adam loves to take Jack for walk, he holds the leash and runs after Jack. We are so fortunate that Jack has a heart of gold and is very patient with Adam.

And I'm feeling great so far. Still running 4 days a week. I did a 5K a few weeks ago and another one last night. Running with friends doesn't feel like much work!
